As part of the Ugandan government’s efforts to aid the formalization of as many businesses as possible, the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) has started the second phase of countrywide registration of businesses.
The bureau says as many 262,000 businesses are projected to be registered before this financial year (2024/2025) ends.
