The Minister of Energy and Mineral Development, Ms Ruth Nankabirwa, has named Ms Stella-Marie Biwaga as interim Board chairperson for Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited (UEDCL), replacing Ms Lydia Ochieng-Obbo, whose contract was terminated.
